Hon. Emmanuel Ukpong-udo of YPP emerged the winner of the Ikono/Ini House of Representatives election. "Emmanuel Ukpong-udo's victory is a well deserved victory" said some good people of Itak who have witnessed the numerous projects sponsored by Hon. Ukpong aka Macaire. This statement comes with great Jubilation a minute after INEC publicly made the announcement of Macaire's victory.  Hon.
