Empowering Young Leaders: LEAP Africa's Youth Leadership Development Programme Nigeria's young people are eager to drive change and lead their communities towards a brighter future. However, many lack the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed in these roles. To bridge this gap, LEAP Africa has designed the Youth Leadership Development Programme (YLDP) to equip undergraduates with the tools they need to become active citizens, leaders, and change-makers. Programme Overview The YLDP is a 5-month programme that combines self-paced courses, group mentorship sessions, and community change projects to empower young people to address issues of national concern.
